For me, inspiration can be found among many challenges, either positive or negative. In the case of positive challenges, I have been inspired by good manners, which I have used to tackle and handle problems for which I have also received recognition. My personal achievements have also positively inspired me since it has resulted in the improvement of living standards among many poor communities. I think a good leader is one who is fair, self motivated, appreciative, committed, enthusiastic, understanding and one who can articulate issues. In addition, one who has strong ability to influence the rest of the group in doing something either in a negative or positive way but the best way is to encourage the team to do positive things. Also a good leader should listen to the voices of those that they lead and incorporate their interests and opinions in the decision-making process. ( leggi altro)
